- More than 6 weeks prior to arrival date: Cancellations received more than 6 weeks prior to arrival will receive a refund of all monies paid less 10% of the rental rate.
- Within 6 weeks of arrival date: There will be no refunds for cancellations received within 6 weeks of arrival date. However, if the property gets rebooked at the same rate,

- We recommend and sell vacation insurance through Travel Guard. This insurance covers vacation and trip cancellation, travel interruptions and delays,

circumstances such as illnesses, deaths in the family or Acts-of-God (such as mandatory hurricane evacuations). The charge for travel insurance
is 7% of the total booking cost. For questions regarding this plan call Travel Guard at 1-888-409-7749, product #008085.
