The "Sandpiper" is oceanfront on Kiawah's West Beach and only 19 miles from historic downtown Charleston. It is just steps away from the Atlantic Ocean (fall asleep with the sound of the surf), and within a short walking distance to golf, tennis, shopping and restaurants. The beach is just an elevator ride away!
Located on the second floor, the Sandpiper offers a wonderful view of the Atlantic Ocean from the living room and both bedrooms. Step out onto either of the oceanfront decks and enjoy the fresh sea air breezes. Enjoy sitting on the deck in one of our four counter-height teak chairs sipping a frozen drink and watching the ocean.
Completely renovated and professionally decorated with heavy custom puddling drapery (southern charm), designer furniture and colors, hardwood floors and granite countertops throughout. Bring along your laptop and connect to our wireless internet.
The bedrooms each have balconies overlooking palmetto trees and the ocean beyond. Each bedroom also has its own 26" flat panel TV/DVD combo and private bathroom (with granite countertops).
The master bedroom offers a king-size bed complete with a heavenly pillow-top mattress, down-alternative pillows and duvet. Be sure to see photos of this room - the colors are so soothing and relaxing.
The second bedroom has two queen-size beds each with a incredibly comfortable pillow-top mattresses, down-alternative pillows and duvets. Lay in bed and watch the ocean.
The "Sandpiper" is fully furnished with utensils, pots & pans, new
appliances, IPod dock, CD player (with CD's) and a TV and DVD player in the living room. Shared laundry facilites are just across the hall - they are free and we provide the laundry detergent.

"My husband and I had such a wonderful time during our vacation on Kiawah...we lead very hectic lives...it was so nice to relax and just enjoy all of
our 4 kids in such a beautiful environment. There were so many fun things to do there...(beach, biking, fun activities at Night Heron, painting pottery,
playing freeze tag on the beach at night)...the condo was gorgeous, and had all necessities (little things like toilet paper, trash bags, hand soap and laundry
supplies were so helpful), and we couldn't have asked for a better location! We said our only complaint was that we couldn't stay longer...the kids even
said when we were driving home yesterday that they wanted to come back for Spring Break! I would highly recommend any property listed with
