Located within Kiawah’s West Beach, this villa is oceanfront, just a 30-second walk from the community pool, and a five minute walk from world-class golf courses, tennis courts, shops and restaurants.
This villa offers over 2200 square feet of luxury living space that is tastefully furnished and decorated. Four large bedrooms, a bunkbed room, four baths, gorgeous pine floors, granite countertops, custom-designed granite-tiled showers, high ceilings, a gourmet kitchen, a private elevator, wireless internet, XM radio and wonderful oceanviews, make this the perfect spot for a relaxing vacation. The spacious living room even features a huge plasma TV and an incredible audio system.
Every bedroom offers fine egyptian cotton sheets, feather-filled duvets and feather pillows (standard poly-fill available also) - all on very comfortable mattresses. Adjacent to each bedroom is its own private bathroom, complete with fluffy towels.
Step out onto the back porch and enjoy breakfast in the sunshine of the early morning, or watch the sunset with a glass of wine and view the pelicans as they swoop over the ocean and the dolphin as they jump in the waves. Truly a one of a kind property!
General Layout of the Beach House:
The Beach House is one-half of a duplex. It is a very vertical unit, with 4 levels - of course the higher the floor, the better the oceanviews.
The first floor is just 7 steps above the parking lot - this is where you may enter the villa's private elevator (all floors are accessible by the private elevator).
There are 3 additional levels, with the first one featuring a small laundry room, the den/murphy bedroom, the bunkbed room and the blue king bedroom (along with 2 full bathrooms).
The next level is the main level, with the deck overlooking the ocean, the living room, kitchen, dining room (one large open area) and the yellow queen
bedroom and bathroom. The top floor is the blue master bedroom and bathroom - the master suite.
The beach is accessed
through one of two doors off the lower floor and there are roughly 21 stairs between the back of the villa and the beach. You may also approach
the beach from a beach access off the road and only have the front 7 steps to manuever, but a further walk. The beach, in either case, is not more
than a minute's walk away from the villa.
