The ideal location for a Corporate Getaway or Family Escape...our completely-renovated Kiawah Island 'Beach House', finished in the fall of 2008, epitomizes both lowcountry luxury and beachside charm. Located within Kiawah’s West Beach, this villa is oceanfront and just a five-minute walk from the community pool, world-class golf courses, tennis courts, shops and restaurants. This villa offers over 2200 square feet of luxury living space that is tastefully furnished and decorated.

Three bedrooms plus a den that can be set up as a bedroom, a bunkbed room, four baths, gorgeous pine floors, granite countertops, custom-designed granite-tiled showers, high ceilings, a gourmet kitchen, a private elevator, wireless internet and wonderful oceanviews, make this the perfect spot for a relaxing vacation.

The Master Bedroom is located on the top floor (3rd Level) along with the master bath. The bedroom has incredible oceanviews from the two large windows. There is a deluxe tub and shower, along with a plasma TV in the master's bedroom. The Second Bedroom is located on the 2nd Level (off the living room and kitchen) - the bathroom has a shower. The First Level offers the Third bedroom, a large den (which doubles as a 4th bedroom since it has a very nice Murphy bed) and a small bunk bedroom. The den (or 4th bedroom) has its own bathroom (with shower), the third bedroom and bunkroom share a full bathroom with a a shower/tub combination. The elevator services all floors of the villa.

The Beach House Kitchen

The kitchen features granite countertops and all stainless steel appliances. Natural pine wood floors gleam throughout the living room, dining room and kitchen. Oceanviews throughout the kitchen, living room and dining room. Seating inside for ten between the table and the bar stools - or enjoy dining outside on the large open deck overlooking the ocean.

The Beach House Living Room

Completely renovated in 2008, this 2200 square foot villa offers everything your family needs! The villa even features two HUGE plasma TV's (one in the living room and one in the downstairs den) and an incredible throughout-the-house audio system - be sure to bring your IPod!

The Beach House Master Bedroom

This king-size bed is complete a pillow-top mattress, feather pillows, feather duvet cover and Egyptian cotton sheets. And the oceanviews are spectacular! This master bedroom also features a plasma flat-screen 27" TV.

The 2nd Bedroom

This large bedroom offers a comfy queen-size bed and is located on the main floor along with the kitchen, living room and open deck. The bathroom for this bedroom is also the hall powder room.

The 3rd Bedroom

This large bedroom offers a comfy king-size bed with direct access to the beach thru a private exterior door. A common bathroom is shared with the small bunk room.

The Downstairs Den (or 4th Bedroom)

This large den can be used as the living room for the second family or as a place to send the kids. It also doubles as a 4th bedroom since it has a very nice Murphy bed. The den (or 4th bedroom) has its own bathroom (with shower). Also included in the den is a second HUGE plasma TV's (one in the living room and one in the downstairs den) along with speakers and control for the throughout-the-house audio system. Just thru the sliding glass doors you'll find a private screened-in back porch and quick access to the beach.
