Within easy walking distance are shops, restaurants, the Night Heron Park, and the new Sanctuary Hotel.

Deck #1 - See photos above and below. Your family will enjoy lunch, breakfast and dinner on this private deck, located just outside the kitchen door. Only accessible from inside the villa. This deck is wonderfully shaded from the sun at all times except high-noon. Truly unique to have this much deck space off a Windswept villa...

Deck #2 - See photos above and below. Incredible views of Kiawah's sweeping beach from this wonderful and unique corner deck. Deck is accessed thru sliding doors from the master bedroom and also from the living room. Imagine watching all of Kiawah's summer beach activities from this vantage point!

This kitchen offers everything a kitchen needs - from the full-size fridge and range, to a dishwasher, garbage disposal and ice maker. Also washer/dryer, coffee maker and microwave oven. Everything is brand new - even the dishes, the utensils and the pots and pans. So complete, we even supply the ziplock bags and the apple slicer!

Views surround you throughout this villa!! From the living room alone, you'll get the entire panaramic view of Kiawah's coast.

The living room is complete with a queen-size sleeper, 27" TV, DVD player, a CD Player filled with wonderful, relaxing music, lots of fun games and a library of books and DVD's. Your favorite spot in the villa will likely be the recliner - its the perfect spot to read your favorite novel, gaze out at the ocean or just take a little snooze while the kids play on the beach. Step out onto the corner deck from the living room and enjoy the views!

This king-size bed is just too comfy - it comes complete a pillow-top mattress, feather pillows, feather duvet cover and Egyptian cotton sheets. And the oceanviews are spectacular! This master bedroom also features a 25" TV and DVD player. Just beyond the bedroom is a large walk-in closet and private master bathroom with a shower/tub combination (see lower right photo).

This bedroom offers two extra-long twin-size beds, complete with feather pillows/comforter, duvet covers, a cordless phone and a 20" TV and DVD player. Connected to the bedroom is a bathroom with a shower/tub combination (see upper left photo).

Located adjacent to the kitchen and offering direct access to the large outside dining deck. More glorious oceanviews surround this room.
