and within a short walking distance to the Straw Market for shopping and restaurants.
Each Seascape building comprises 8 villas (4 upstairs villas and 4 downstair villas). Each villa is individually owned and furnished. This lower villa is a
private end-unit that offers more space, more privacy and more windows than interior villas.
The Shade Villa offers offers a beach cottage feel with all the comforts of a luxury home...granite countertops, hand-scraped maple wood floors and
cottage-style furnishings along with stainless steel appliances, plenty of counter space, CD player,
IPod dock station, wireless high-speed internet and two flat-screen tv/dvd combos. Slip out onto the screened-in back porch (complete with adironack chairs and a ceiling fan) and enjoy watching the birds and squirrels play.
The Shade villa master bedroom offers a deluxe king-sized bed complete with a pillow-top mattress, Egyptian-cotton sheets, down-alternative pillows,
a down-alternative comforters, duvet cover and a 27" plasma flatscreen tv/dvd. Unlike any other Seascape villa, this villa offers a
double vanity in the bathroom along with an italian limestone walk-in shower and a separate toilet area.
This villa is also fully furnished with original oil paintings, handwoven wool rugs, washer/dryer, utensils, pots and pans, cooler and beach towels.
